A well-known nonprofit in Houston, MECA provides arts education in schools, after-school programs, and summer schools. MECA’s programs and events offer the Houston community access to the arts and help foster cultural diversity and inclusivity.

In addition to its arts education programs, MECA provides support services to families, including counseling and advocacy services. Armando discusses how these support services are integral to MECA’s mission to strengthen families and empower individuals through the arts.
